As I look around the office at RedBalloon I note that we are ready waiting for the Christmas rush to begin in earnest. We have had many new RedBallooners join us recently as we continue to grow significantly. I understand that there have now been 214 RedBallooners in our 12 year history – walk through our doors, they have added his or her talents to achieving our  purpose, some have gone on to other great adventures – but there are 70 of us here ready to serve customer happiness to all.
The reason why we choose to work at RedBalloon may differ – and we come from all parts of the planet; but what unites us is our deep commitment in delivering good times to millions of people. As most know my role at RedBalloon has changed in recent years as I have become a non-executive director – with the title: Founding Director. CEO Kristie Buchanan has the business firing all all cylinders. She too has taken to the stage – talking on her commitment to great work places. I wanted to share it with you and you can see why it has not been that difficult for me to move out of the CEO role.

Grow & Scale Your Business by Naomi Simson

Tell Naomi a little bit about your business by completing the questions below. (It will take less than 60 seconds)

Answering your #1 Biggest Business Challenge question tip:

Go beyond just saying "Poor Cashflow" or "Unreliable Team".

Instead, give Naomi details & specifics on how this is currently your #1 Biggest Business Challenge.

I.e. "Every month I'm struggling to pay my bills on time because there just isn't consistent cash flow coming into the business. I've tried sticking to budgets in the past & pay myself less to keep some extra funds aside for emergencies, but still every month there seems to be another financial fire to be put out. I don't know what to do about it, so I'm just grinding it out."
