Have you ever noticed that when you buy a new car – you notice all the cars that are similar, yet before you had one – you did not see them. They were always there – simply your mind was not attuned to them.

Does this work for other things? – Of course! As we move into the final days before Christmas – it is a time to reflect and acknowledge those we love and cherish. Take a moment to ‘look’ for what we are grateful for; this will give each of us a lovely sense of well being for the days of festivity.

I love what we do at RedBalloon – simply to ‘Experience Happy’. By focusing all our energy and effort on delivering ‘Happy’ – this is our most exciting Christmas ever. What we look for we find. And here is a wonderful little video to demonstrate that…. And a big thanks to my wonderful Mum who shared it with me.

  • Each year I look at what it is I want to achieve. And how I want to contribute. I also build new messages and insights for my keynotes. One topic I’m considering is Influence... how to impact others. This will incorporate personal leadership, but it is far more shifting viewpoints and aligning people. This is what I’m working on at the moment. What are you planning for 2018?
  • Looking good team! #BRG #kickoff
  • Oh it’s all about #BRG and 2018 for the next few days ❤️ Love to plan 💙Love to dream @redballoon @getredii @davidchristopheranderson @wrappedbyredballoon
  • Loveit @redballoon and this is what we do for our day job!
  • This means I’m back in the office today 💙 but looking at the #barrierreef from the sky gives a different perspective. That’s what I plan to bring to The Big Red Group team this year! #BRG
