How to be a leader? Is a question I ask myself a lot
As I learn about how to be a leader, I share what I have learned.
I have often considered ‘how to be a leader’? It has not been an easy journey for me. As an entrepreneur I often like to just do things myself. However, to grow a business I have had to learn. And also how to manage people effectively.
In this series of blogs I explore what it has taken for me to go on this journey. I have also read many books and attended many seminars. What I learned from these I share in my posts. Each post explores a business persons approach to leadership. This has not been an easy journey.
Have you asked yourself about your own leadership style? And what it would take to go from being a good leader to a great leader. I ask myself that question most days. It is a question that continues to challenge me.
Let me know if this is of assistance as you go on your own leadership journey.
