Too cute – Dexter likes to ‘walk’ Charlie and today he took him to the office.

I was back in the office today after taking a few weeks off to celebrate Christmas and New Year and I could not resist taking this quick video of the ‘boys’ coming to work. Dexter as Head of Security at RedBalloon has an apprentice – known as Charlie Bear – for obvious reasons… Dexter is clearly the head hound – taking the lead… too cute. A bit of fun at work.
They say that having a best friend at work is all important to employee engagement – actually I think it is far more about coming to work as yourself, being able to say what needs to be said, have the tools to do the job and also be recognized for your contribution in a timely way. And these two definitely do that.
