The big news for the week is Shark Tank moving from Sunday nights to Wednesday nights…. Episode 4 of Shark Tank will air on Wednesday 25 June – straight after Master Chef
Last week for me was all about planning. With all of the businesses that I work with we are coming close to the end of the year. Looking, designing and creating strategies as very much a part of the entrepreneurs journey. I have been using the #OnePageStrategicPlan from Verne Harnish Gazelles at RedBalloon for a very long time – and this has been something that I have been working with the other businesses that I now work with. In fact I look forward to seeing the final Redii one this week.
Coming Up This Week:
Monday: Interviews for new EA, social media update for new on air time Shark Tank speaking all things entrepreneurs, sign off of RedBalloon BHAG (time to move to an even bigger game).
Tuesday: Redii board meeting, speaking to business students at Queenwood and official launch of Ready to Soar with Dymocks as a partner – and Sarah Harris asking me curly questions.
Wednesday: Melbourne for #IdeaNation pitch competition for entrepreneurs hosted by BSchool at the MCG – and on air at 8.30 with Episode 4 of Shark Tank Series 2 on TEN.
Thursday: Travel to Alice Springs for a speaking engagement
Friday: Alice Springs talking all things Live What You Love and return home to Sydney
Busy, fun and interesting – another step forward on my entrepreneurial journey. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on what you see and learn on Shark Tank this week.

Grow & Scale Your Business by Naomi Simson

Tell Naomi a little bit about your business by completing the questions below. (It will take less than 60 seconds)

Answering your #1 Biggest Business Challenge question tip:

Go beyond just saying "Poor Cashflow" or "Unreliable Team".

Instead, give Naomi details & specifics on how this is currently your #1 Biggest Business Challenge.

I.e. "Every month I'm struggling to pay my bills on time because there just isn't consistent cash flow coming into the business. I've tried sticking to budgets in the past & pay myself less to keep some extra funds aside for emergencies, but still every month there seems to be another financial fire to be put out. I don't know what to do about it, so I'm just grinding it out."
