Growth Mindset
We all talk about growth, aspiriation and intent, however too often the daily activities of running an enterprise get in the way of scaling a business. We all have limited time, energy and resources and how we use them will make a difference. In this keynote Naomi asks how you get ‘growth’ into the middle of every conversation. She challenges the thinking on what is important and she demonstrates real outcomes on how this can be done.
There are three key elements to a growth mindset and how one listens for opportunity is equally important. Naomi will talk not just about her own growth story but she will call on case studies, (Shark Tank stories), research and data to show what could be possible. This is a thought provoking but entertaining session that will leave the audience inspired to action.
Live What You Love – Personal Development
This presentation will touch, move and inspire. It is relevant to most groups and is all about making powerful choices to live a life that you love. “If you love what you do every day, you never have to work another day in your life.” This is about putting meaning in your work, discovering your passion, learning about positivity and sticking with it, and being persistent.
This keynote is all about fulfilling your true purpose. Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone, but knowing what drives you will give you the platform for a rich and wonderful experience of life. Naomi will share real and vivid stories from her personal and business life to demonstrate the power of her personal motto, ‘If it is meant to be, it is up to me.’ The one word we consistently hear after this session is ‘inspirational’. You will be inspired to take action.
Customer Obsession
The world has changed and so have customer expectations. People want things faster, they’re more demanding and are easily lost. Customer obsession comes from understanding the job that you are being hired to do. It might be transactional – right place right time, emotional – I feel better because I purchased from you, or social – I am better because I purchased from you.
Naomi has a clear process for living in the customers world, from having listening posts to amplifying customer stories. She will remind audiences that we are all just people doing business with people. Customers are people not targets, numbers or faceless records in a database.
This is an entertaining and productive keynote with plenty of laughs, a few shark tank stories and lots to take away.
