I find myself in a fortunate position of regularly being able to speak to audiences about my passions and sense of purpose. And as I shared today with the Chartered Accountants Business Forum, that a considerable part of why I do what I do is about promoting people’s well being at work. I explained about my commitment to great work places and that recognition was a key part of that…
For those who did attend the session today I did give you my word that I would publish the 10 steps to building a great recognition program.. (because we did not have time to go through them in detail)

  1. Build a brilliant business case.
  2. Get yourself at least one executive sponsor.
  3. Involve employees from the outset.
  4. Identify the behaviours that you want to drive.
  5. Keep it super simple.
  6. Create a universal foundation.
  7. Develop a communications strategy.
  8. Measure and report.
  9. Give it time.
  10. 1Have fun!

Grow & Scale Your Business by Naomi Simson

Tell Naomi a little bit about your business by completing the questions below. (It will take less than 60 seconds)

Answering your #1 Biggest Business Challenge question tip:

Go beyond just saying "Poor Cashflow" or "Unreliable Team".

Instead, give Naomi details & specifics on how this is currently your #1 Biggest Business Challenge.

I.e. "Every month I'm struggling to pay my bills on time because there just isn't consistent cash flow coming into the business. I've tried sticking to budgets in the past & pay myself less to keep some extra funds aside for emergencies, but still every month there seems to be another financial fire to be put out. I don't know what to do about it, so I'm just grinding it out."
