Oh, what fun we had… for 5 weeks now we (Sarah our corporate programs manager) has been dropping hints to the team about the launch that is set for Monday. Sending them text messages with invitations to a Conga line competition. Special messages on tambourines left on people’s desks early in the morning. Connect 4, Jenga and Draughts challenge competitions at lunch time… Team leaders doing the rope course to get the pre-insight into the construct of the program we are about to launch. And then today the whole team had circus skills training. Oh, I love this stuff….(always a marketer) It really is okay to have fun in business.

Life is not about the stuff we get – it’s always about the stuff we do together that makes the moments that are truly special.

Thanks, the team (and Sarah) for a fabulous day.)

  • Often our own self-doubt and fear stop us doing what we really want to do. We limit ourselves, hold ourselves back or just don't give it a go... because we spend so much time worrying about 'what if it doesn't work out'. Mea-Culpa
  • Oh my it looks like I'm about to take a massive bite out of someone on tomorrow's @sharktankau .... 😆 join me On TEN at 7.30 💃🦈
