I liked this quote – as RedBalloon has got bigger we have really looked for people with completely different strengths. We use the Gallup Strengths finder to highlight what these strengths are – and we use the guide to work out what will appeal to people and how best to lead them. The last thing we want is a bunch of Naomi clones – that would be terrible – and exhausting.
