Inspiration

I had a big wall and wanted a big water view – so I painted one. Four big canvases link together to create an almighty seascape. To paint it I lay the canvases down on the floor and joined them together. I wanted the sea to appear as if it went forever. To ‘feel’ the size of the ocean and the welcoming junction with the sand. I wanted imperfections and texture.
