WHAT WE ARE LEARNING

Employee Experience

Naomi Simson

Employee Experience has much to do with business success.

Employee Experience is a journey, which starts with culture

Employee experience is part of workplace culture. Imagine being in the shoes of a new employee, or how does it feel to be a long term employee. It is really important to understand the experience from every aspect of the employee experience. I have found that in creating an employee framework. I have a plan to create an employee experience.

Employee engagement is what happens when people choose to believe in the business vision. And participate by doing his or her best work at work. Ultimately I know I have a great work place when people thrive. Recognition is an important part of how people feel about workplace culture. Simply; do people know what they are there to do, are they noticed and do they go home feeling like a winner?

Experiences at work, and fun at work which is inclusive creates a spirit of team work and a fulfilling employee experience. Here I write about my workplace culture experience.
