I have just attended the 20th-anniversary Entrepreneurs Organisation event in Las Vegas. 1300 people who have all found their own businesses. In addition to rubbing shoulders with the leaders of some of the worlds fastest growing businesses, the education content was first class. I will dedicate some of my next posts to what I learned. The opening keynote was from veteran Las Vegas developer, Steve Wynn.

“Unless you love it you’ll never be any good at it – building something great is never about the money”

“For an entrepreneur, humiliation could be just around the corner – that is what it is to take risks”

“Our job as parents is to help our children find their passion – not give them handouts” (Give them a hand up not a hand out)

Steve Wynn – Casino Developer – The Mirage, Treasure Island & Bellagio.
