Probably one of the questions that I get more than ever is ‘How?’

  • How did you come up with the idea?
  • How do you do it?
  • How do you stay passionate?

The question that drives me though is ‘Why?’  It is the why I do what I do which makes me bound out of bed every day (even in the ninth year).

I was interviewed recently for by Andrew Warner from Mixergy who interviews entrepreneurs from all over the planet to try to determine what drives them… In case your interested in my response… below.

  1. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this Mixergy interview, it was fabulous and so inspiring! I especially loved that you didn’t have any web development experience yourself and outsourced this site. It seems like so many "dot com" entrepreneurs have started online businesses with their own skill sets. I’ve found it a huge challenge to find an economical web developer for one, and second, to convey/communicate all my ideas and to see it happen live. Your passion and excitement for your business definitely got me excited at the prospect of my own.

    To your continued success,
    Nancy

  2. Thank you Naomi for sharing your thoughts and doing this interview. It is very inspirational and I’d like to say that after hearing this interview I bought your book, which I just finished. I’ve been reading it whilst traveling to and from work. Next step is to try out a RedBalloon Day experience. I’ve already started adding a few to my Gift List and I can’t wait to try them out.

I’ve learnt so much from your book and interview which I will apply to my passion in life and my business. Your positive outlook of life is very infectious and genuine. I’ve added you to my list of people who inspire me in life.

Thank you and I wish many, many more success!

    Cheers Ryan 🙂

  • Who's that? @whomagazine spread feat. Dexter 🐶 on sale today! There's even a peek into my closet - you'd never guess what my favourite colour is... here's a hint: it's not red. Any ideas?

  • How do I grow and scale my business?⠀

It's a question I get asked by many people and I know how hard that task can be. I have had many challenges as I've scaled my businesses and I have found that there is no set and forget. I am continually learning and developing ways to improve. That is my journey and I am not sure of yours… but so I can remain customer focused, I'd like to help you.

  • In business they may well call this a pivot... in my view it is the small adjustments that a business owner makes each day as they listen to customers and respond
  • I love a #growth story Congratulations team @vegepod what a ride we are on!
