From a balloon in a box, a rubber hand in a box with a note ‘I’d give my right hand to work at RedBalloon’ (a bit macabre), mock up of a CV in html to look like one of the RedBalloon product pages. We love creativity… This is a pretty impressive job pitch for a project manager at Pollenizer.

I think that creativity and passion come naturally when you believe and are excited about what you do; it’s definitely provoked and reinforced lots of great thoughts about where I am at now and where I would like to be.
You have created a culture at Red Balloon that people want to be a part of. To woo an employer – the candidate has to believe in what they do and feel so strongly that they want to be a part of it.
Leaders like yourself transform the concept of job hunting for people who really want to find or grow their passion. You create something special to allow those of us driven by the fire in the belly at 1am – EXCITED and woken up by great ideas… unable to sleep because they can’t wait to get out of bed and do what they love.
