Whats on mine - being able to do a headstand in yoga, learn how to surf on a longboard, helisking in Queenstown (as if I needed the push - your photos and the smiles on the faces makes this a must do) - still contemplating a Mt Kilimanjaro climb, more postgraduate studies. I heard Layne Beachley at a Business Chicks breakfast recently talk about overcoming her fear when surfing the big waves & she spoke of getting really clear about what she was most afraid of (death in this example) and coming to terms with it which she said she did freeing her up to stop feeling scared and focus on staying on her board (she tells of surfing those big waves and not even getting her hair wet she was so in the zone of staying on top of her board)
