I know it's a little late, but congratulations on winning the telstra award, it is well deserved. I stumbled across your website about 2yrs ago just by chance actually looking for whats new in chocolate and somehow "red balloon" was in the field, (must have been fate) I emailed and came on board as a supplier, the rest is history, I find myself checking my email before breakfast to see if there are any bookings now, it's always a thrill to lock in one of your customers to one of our workshops. You have a fantastic business and staff that manage it. Economic downturn has affeted us in retail sales but the classes are up to the point of having had to employ staff so we can increas the numbers from 6 per class to 8 now. We will be putting other programs together as well. I love being part of your organization as a supplier, so many thanks for your inspirational attitue to life.
