Oh what fun we had… for 5 weeks now we (Sarah our corporate programs manager) has been dropping hints to the team about the launch that is set for Monday. Sending them text messages with invitations to a Conga line competition. Special messages on tambourines left on peoples desks early in the morning. Connect 4, Jenga and Draughts challenge competitions at lunch time… Team leaders doing the rope course to get the pre insight into the contruct of the program we are about to launch. And then today the whole team had circus skills training. Oh I love this stuff….(always a marketer) It really is okay to have fun in business.
Life is not about the stuff we get – its always about the stuff we do together that makes the moments that are truly special.
