Big guy takes a fall….one for the small guys.
I wrote some months ago about how small organisations have a greater ability to achieve customer intimacy. I used the examples of the cafes in Balmain. Starbucks vs Bertoni’s. I noticed yesterday removal trucks outside Starbucks in Balmain. It seems that the community has won. By voting with their feet and supporting local businesses. ——- Update – False alaram…just a removal truck, the US multi national is still hanging in there.
